I have extensive experience of working with Adults including; career or work issues, relationship issues, or family issues. It may be that although family and friends are supportive, you don’t want to burden them, or they may not know the “right” things to say, so conversations are stilted.
It may be important to gift yourself uninterrupted space and time every week, with a therapist who can help you reflect on your issues and find new answers.

Sessions
Initial meeting
I offer a free 15-minute video call, to answer your questions and help you decide if you think we can work together.
First session (assessment)
If you decide to work with me, the first session is an opportunity for you to talk about all aspects of your life, not just be defined by the problems that brought you into therapy. At the end of the first session (which is 50 mins) you can choose whether you would like to commit to ongoing work together. We will then agree on an initial number of sessions and the goals you want to work on.
Future sessions
All sessions are 50 minutes and are on the same day and time each week. These times are agreed between us in our initial session.
It is up to you to use the space and time to talk about whatever you like. We will review your goals and our work regularly.
