Meera Kapadia is a Darzi Fellow and system leader with 30 years’ experience across the public sector. As an experienced facilitator, Meera builds excellent rapport with organisations, systems and communities to enable them to build strong relationships and create new solutions together. She is passionate about innovation, coproduction and helping systems create accessible and equitable healthcare.

Meera has won two HSJ awards, HSJ Value Pilot Project of the year 2021 (Winner), and Patient Involvement in Safety Award 2023 (Highly Commended).
